The Noida Authority on Monday received two applications for one of the four group housing plots located in sectors 146 and 147 of the city. The technical bids for the plots were received on Monday, December 19. While the Authority will now evaluate the bids for technical qualifications, the financial bids will be finalised later this week, officials said.
The scheme was launched in November this year but its date of finalisation was revised twice. The earlier dates for finalisation were December 7 and 14.
The reserve price for these plots had been fixed at Rs 54,026 per square metre. Bidding for the plots started at Rs 317 crore. Plots are being allotted on a two-bid system, officials said.

Once this process is done, the financial aspect of the bids will be evaluated,” he said.
